Selling fees
I’m being charge selling fees each month for an item that is no longer on sale. I don’t have anything on sale right now. What’s the best way to get customer service?

Is it possible that you are seeing a credit balance from several years ago? If so, you need to ask cusotmer sercice for a refund.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
