Selling fees
Sold a motorcycle. Bidder did not pay. when relisted I was charged $49 again. Why am I being charged again? Also how can I leave a negative feedback? Buyer stopped communication

Insertion fees are charged each time you list and are non-refundable.
Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers.
