Selling domestic only with Foreign Buyer wanting me to ship direct
A few years back I discontinued selling Internationally due to the issues experienced throughout the process. I have a Buyer with a domestic address purchase some items and after the purchase process I was asked to ship direct to a foreign address. No. 1) I discontinued selling Internationally to eliminate the issues, No. 2) the Buyer paid domestic shipping as called out in the item description and does not understand why I do not want to ship to Foreign address. Also, the Buyer has not paid any additional cost for Foreign shipping. Should I cancel these purchases?

I would explain to the buyer that you are not able to ship direct. Ask if he wants you to ship to the US address on his payment, or to cancel his purchase?
If the buyer is using a freight forwarder, you are only responsible for the item until delivered to the freight company. It is actually better than a regular US shipment because using a freight forwarder voids the buyer’s money back guarantee.
