Selling dispute.
Id love to get some advice. I had a buyer ask me to cancel an item. I accidentally sent a “refund†not “cancelâ€. The refund has been sent but the item is still considered “sold†and awaiting shipment. I can’t cancel the item as a refund has been issued. Is there a way to cancel the item? Thanks.

Ebay should see that you have already refunded.
