I had a cologne listing removed that was without the box. Other listings have similar items that are not removed.

How can I relist my item without setting off the algorithm?

However, at times even listings that comply with policy for some reason get taken down. The advice would be not to try and list the item on eBay when that happens. That has happened to me a few times over the years. I sold the items elsewhere.
