Selling collectible currecny

Question

I want to sell vintage collectible currency (raw, ungraded). Ebay will not let me list because I don't have a a selling history. Is there a way to lift this restriction? This seems like a chicken-and-egg problem. Thank you!

Some collectible coins now need the seller to meet certain eligibility requirements in order to sell:

You may be able to sell other items that do not have such requirements to get the necessary selling history.

I have heard that you need to be selling for at least 90 days, at least 25 items sold for at least $250 in sales.
