Selling coat & shipping label
an order was placed & the buyer paid shipping cost yet I cannot print out shipping label. I’m being asking to add a payment method even though shipping is paid for, could it be possible the last order was returned so now I have to pay additional costs for the return?? Thanks In advanced

That sounds frustrating.
When "the Buyer pays for shipping", that money is given to you/the seller with your payout. Those funds are not 'available' right away.
- But first you pay for the shipping label.
Shipping labels are charged to your PayPal account or your available funds.
You must provide a credit card to cover selling fees and shipping costs when your 'available' funds aren't adequate to cover the expenses.
