Selling Car Parts
I recently had a person return an item because he "changed his mind". Ebay took it upon itself to change my return policy from "if there's a problem with the part (my mistake)" to any reason, or no reason and overnight it turned into a huge problem. And when I'm able to reach them they are polite and walk me through correcting the problem, but it does no good. If I don't submit to the new policies, it removes my listings from visibility. Now I don't seem to be able to reach them. I think Ebay would like to move to the selling of Chinese Made Parts, because there is enough mark up for it to be able to support the cost of the "Amazon style" return policy that will bankrupt us little low markup sellers. I don't know what to do. What else can we do?

Mentor10 months agoUnfortunately eBays official policy for vehicle parts is that they are all returnable for any reason. There is no way around this.
