I am selling a book collection, 6000 paperback books). Will be shipping, if I get a buyer, in multiple boxes. How can fill out the ebay info to show this? Thanks

@scovs I recommend breaking up the collection into lots of similar genre to have a better chance of a sale.

You can not use calculated shipping on a listing when you have more than one box.

If you keep this large lot as one listing I would list it as local pick up only and put a note in the description that the buyer can arrange their own freight shipment.

Otherwise you will have to box the books in boxes that can weigh up to 70 lbs. and measure up to 108 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part.

That's going to take a LOT of boxes!

To determine shipping price you would first need to weigh the books in box size portions. Add a bit extra for the box, I recommend buying at least one box so you can use it to calculate your shipping. Look up the shipping price for Media Mail using this calculator> https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator

Then add ALL of the shipping prices up and use it as a flat rate shipping price OR add part to the item price and part as a flat rate price. Media Mail costs the same for all buyers and is not affected by package size or distance, only the weight is what matters.

You can only print up to 5 labels on eBay per listing. If you need more you can buy them on Pirateship.com or USPS click and ship as Media Mail is not discounted and costs the same no matter where you buy the labels.
