Selling blocked for 10+ years but no restriction shown in Seller Dashboard or My Messages
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here may have experience with this.
My eBay selling account has been restricted for more than 10 years. The original reason was that I had a family emergency and had to fly to the Philippines unexpectedly. Because of that, I was unable to ship some orders on time, and my shipping performance dropped badly.
I refunded all of the unshipped orders, but my account has still remained blocked from selling ever since.
What confuses me is that I do not see any current restriction details in my Seller Dashboard, and I also do not see any message about it in My Messages.
Has anyone had an old restriction like this and successfully gotten their selling privileges restored? If so, whom did you contact, and what steps helped?
I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
