Selling authentic items and getting counterfeit warning
Hi, I have some authentic em&sprout items and, when I try to list them, I get an error saying that the items can’t be listed because they aren’t authentic. I purchased these directly from the em&sprout website, is there a way to prevent this?

Mentor1 year agoI have never heard of em&sprout, but I am guessing they must be VeRO members and do not want their items listed on ebay. Do not relist them. Find another platform to sell them.

OP1 year agoThis makes no sense, there are tons of listings that are selling em and sprout items already…why is mine being flagged?
