Selling auction and buy it now

I am selling an item. On my end it shows a buy it now price. On the shopperâ€™s end it does not show a buy it now price. Why is this and is there a way to fix it once bids have been made?

Once a listing has received bids, the Buy It Now option will no longer be available.
