Mentor1 year agoAssuming those items themselves are not banned ----
I can't think of a reason why you would not be allowed to sell them, or at least to try to sell them,
by listing them on eBay under your own eBay selling ID.
Do NOT mention that banned eBay user anywhere in your listings.
As for keeping all the profit, I would double-check (and maybe triple-check) with that other user, to make sure he isn't expecting to get any money back from you.
