Mentor1 year agoThe buyer pays YOU for the item price + shipping. You can either use ebay shipping to print the shipping label (specifying either to use your payout or Paypal to pay for the shipping) or you can use whatever third party program you wish and pay them directly. If you do that, be sure to upload the tracking number into the transaction.
