Selling an item received offer
When I am selling an item and in the listing of the item I ask for buyer paid shipping fees and I get an offer lower than my listing price does that mean the buyer is not paying shipping fees or is it just a reduced price, shipping costs still remain valid?

Mentor2 years agoThe offer is for the item only. The buyer still pays the shipping shown in the listing.
