Selling an item listed overseas
I have listed a tennis ball machine with local pick only. I have an offer from overseas that it’s asking me after paying to drop the machine at a specific carrier to ship.
Am I safe to donut that way? Can he cancel the payment once I drop the machine at the carrier? That way eventually I have nothing because the item has been shipped
