Selling an item but the cost for shipping was not enough to ship the item
I recently sold a chair but the shipping provided was only $6 and I had to return the item how do I avoid this

If you only see flat rate shipping options then the item is too large or heavy to ship with regular shipping and would have to ship freight which is VERY expensive.

A chair is much too large to ship using regular shipping methods.
The chair should be listed as Local Pick Up Only.

Scan the QR code or enter the 6 digit code into the app when the buyer picks up so you have proof of delivery.
