selling an item
This is the 1st time I have sold something on ebay. I am wondering a couple of things:
How do I get paid? On ebay it shows payment would be completed within 2 days of delivery but how does one know it was delivered? Do I have to spend the extra to have it priority? What are the additional fees. We sold an item for $108 but only getting $97.31.

Mentor4 months agoYou sold the card with Ground Advantage shipping. This service has tracking that eBay will look at to prove delivery. Assuming you used the eBay shipping center to print your shipping label the tracking number was automatically entered into the purchase history. If you did not purchase the label through eBay you needed to add the tracking number to the purchase history.
The payout you receive is after eBay's final value fees (commission) is taken and the fee is based on the total amount that the buyer pays for the item which includes the item price, any shipping charge and sales tax. You may have also used available funds to pay for the shipping label which will reduce your payout.
