Selling an item
2 times I’ve had a person make an offer on an item I’m selling. Both times I accepted the offer, but then nothing happens. No payment, no details from eBay… literally nothing. Does anybody know why this is happening?

Mentor6 months agoWhen you accept an offer the item stays live until the buyer has paid for the item. This way of the user does not pay then it can be sold to another user. So the best thing you can do is to go to your buyer requirements page and turn on the Autopay option for offers. Then the buyer will need to provide a payment method before making a bid that will be charged if the offer is accepted.
