Selling a vehicle via Secure Purchasing - how does buyer get a transport estimate???

Question

I've had 2 cancelled bids because the buyer has no idea how to get a transport estimate.

There is ZERO information and there certainly is no longer the option to get an estimate within the listing.

Is anyone else using this Secure Purchasing program with any success??
