selling a vehicle
supposedly the buyer has put 100.00 down on a 1500.00 vehicle and said the rest will be in cash when he picks up the item. I need the payment through eBay or PayPal how do I handle this situation, to make sure its paid before its picked up. Am new to this, and not real tech savvy, am asking for some experienced advice
