Selling a TCG card Pokemon, Magic etc. How to determine if the back is the same card as the front?

I recently sold a Pokémon card on eBay that I personally pulled put in a penny sleeve and immediately into a top loader and protective top loader binder. The card sold at Auction and the winning bitter received it on August 6. On August 10, they asked to return the card because of an indent on the back that was not disclosed. The pictures I took for the Auction did not show an indent but the pictures sent from the winning bidder showed a slight indent on the back. With all of the TCG cards having the exact same backing how do you know that that person didn’t take a picture of the back of another card? I understand that this can go both ways for both Buyers and Sellers, however trying to be as accurate as I can as a seller this poses a problem moving forward. What are your thoughts?
