I sold a item to a buyer that used the wrong card to pay for it. I issued a refund and EBay relisted the item. He still wants the item but would have to wait out the 7 day listing to buy it again hoping no one outbids him. Can I have him use the "buy it now" and then refund the difference between the "buy it now" price and the starting auction price? Are there any other options?
