selling a item on eBAY that shouldn't have been sold
I bought a Jabra Enhance Select 100 Hearing Aid. Bluetooth. NEW. Free Shipping, That can only be sold in 3 places Walmart,Best Buy are Amazon . If they aren't they can't be activated for use So I bought off of eBay and can't activate .I'm trying to stop payment seller will not issue a refund.This item should not be sold on eBayIt can't be activated If this isn't resolved I'm out $200.00

Have you opened an item not as described refund request or just messaged the seller?
If you have not opened a refund request you need to do so. When you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.

OP11 months agoI did attempt a return, I put the wrong reason for the purpose of return. I put that ordered by mistake ,I should have put not as described. At That time I didn't know if they where as describe and the request was closed eBay told me that once a return is closed . That is the final decision and can not be reopen. So I accepted that. then I tried to activate the aids ,so I could program them. That's when I found out they had to be bought at only 3 places Walmart , Best Buy are Amazon. A retailer that sales the aids . So I don't know how the aids got acquired. All I know is I can't activate to use. If they would even work for my moderate hearing loss . which is why I tried to return them in the first place.
