I would NOT try to ship the guitar internationally even if you revised the listing to add international shipping. Very risky for you as a seller. You are responsible for items arriving safely on time and as described.
You can not revise an active listing that has bids, open offers, or less than 12 hours left on an auction. If none of those rules apply AND you created the listing using the Advanced Listing Tool in Seller Hub. You just upload the video in the add photos box now.
You need to use the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub to have the add video option in the photo section when CREATING your listing on a computer.
Video Format Requirements The maximum supported video size is 150 MB The maximum upload resolution is 1080p Supported output resolutions are 240p, 360p, 480p, and 720p MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC) Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported Listings with variations do not support videos
If your video is rejected try adding one that is at least one minute.
I also wanted to mention how new seller pay outs work especially for items that sell for over $1k
Be sure to get a signature on delivery as it is required since the sale totals more than $750. Also you should pay for extra insurance. Postal insurance will not pay for items damaged in shipping if you do not package well enough. If you don't feel comfortable throwing the box at least 4 feet and having another heavy box land on top of it then you need more packing material.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Mentor9 months ago@jagregr.cnkzdja That is not allowed and opens you up to being scammed.
Also you only have shipping to the US on the listing so the buyer would not be able to pay.
I would add the buyer to my blocked list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
Also block buyers in locations you do not ship to in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
