I sold a figure they want to return it I feel like I'm being scammed & they said the figure is damaged it wasn't damaged when I has it they biddded on it what should I do ?

-First, you message them back and ask the to provide you with pictures of the package and the item and then wait.
-If they show you pictures of what you sent them and there is damage you can refund them outright and let them keep the item or have them file an official return through eBay using the reason "Arrived damaged".
-Once you hand something to the shipping company what happens after that is out of your control but you are ultimately responsible for the item to arrive safely. If you insure your shipments you can file a claim once you get the item back.
-If you insured the shipment the Buyer has the option to file an insurance claim but if they don't want to then you should do one of the things mentioned above.
-By the way, your No returns policy is meaningless if the Buyer claims the item is not as described or it arrived damaged. Those and some other reason will let eBay send the buyer a pre-paid return shipping label that will come out of your account. You will have to refund in full once you receive the item back.
