I suggest looking for the coin you are selling under sold/completed listings to see what it sells for and how other sellers may have it listed.
eBay charges a fee of 13.5%+ .30-.40 cents per sale based on the total of the entire sale. That means, if the item sells for say 100 dollars, it costs 10 dollars to ship, and they charged the buyer 6% tax, you get charged a fee from eBay of the total of 116. eBay would collect approximately 16 bucks in that case.
From there, you can decide what sort of price you want to sell it for. I recommend using the Buy It Now option, since you are a new seller.
New sellers are often targets for scam buyers at times.
You also have some restrictions:
Funds from a sale might not be available to be deposited for 2-4 weeks, depending on the amount of the sale.
If you sell an item, and it is paid for (marked as paid) you are good to ship. Many new sellers get confused because they see their first sale funds on hold or pending. That is normal. As long as you have been paid in eBay, you should ship right away.
Returns. A buyer can return an item no matter if you accept returns or not. Its in your best interest to offer returns on items, as this also deters scammers. Sure returns aren't fun, but having that setup does help you in case of a problem on the buyer's end.
As a new seller its important to respond to questions and purchases promptly so that you don't run into issues with your buyers, as most buyers are more wary when dealing with a new seller.
But, good luck with your listing and if you have other questions, feel free to ask!
