Selling a car through carmel

Question

This will be my first time selling a car in eBay and the information provided is a bit confusing. How can I tell if the sale is handled through Carmel or not? I don't recall seeing a choice for that as I was listing. Thank you in advance.

@dpas6545 You can't opt out as a seller. The buyer can choose not to use them though.
