Selling a baseball card but not allowed to send an invoice and this card is a pick up. E-Bay policy

I have sold an old baseball card that has sold for a significant amount of money. This card will be a pick up but I cannot send the buyer an invoice due to new E-Bay policy regarding authenticity. He does not want to pay for postage. Help please

AFAIK, the shipping to the authenticator is void if the listing includes LOCAL PICKUP and that is what the buyer selected. I only saw one sold listing with Authenticity Guarantee and that listing did not include Local Pickup, so the buyer will have to pay the shipping.

Was this the Jackie Robinson card that sold for $295? That listing was sold with the authenticity guarantee, so there’s no way to avoid sending it to the authenticator.
