·3 years agoIf you set a Buy It Now (BIN) for $400 that went away with the first bid. A BIN does not act as a Reserve Price (that is something else that eBay charges high fees to have) or any kind of floor on the auction price (if anything it would be ceiling on the price if it didn't go away early in the bidding).* It only comes into play if someone uses the BIN BEFORE the first bid (in most circumstances--there are two circumstances where it can remain available longer but neither applies in your listing).
We see new (and some old) sellers with the misconception that the BIN acts as a Reserve. Could you please point out any language in the listing form or help pages that led YOU to this erroneous conclusion so we can pass it up the chain to where that language might be revised to be clearer about what the BIN is and isn't.
*ETA: You attracted 2 bidders in less than 12 hours. You might find out the advantage of the BIN going away and have the drones sell for more than $400.

You started your minimum bidding price at $170 which is the least amount you will accept to sell.

Mentor3 years agoYou listed the item at $170. That means if you receive one bid, you must complete the transaction with your buyer at $170. If you want $400, you need to start the bidding at $400 as you may only receive one bid.
