Selling
I sold 1 ONE item on Ebay. The buyer said that the item was not delivered. I sent the
buyer the tracking number. I also traced the tracking number through the Postal
Service. The Postal Service said it was delivered and the information even gave the date of delivery
and the time of delivery. Never heard from the customer again until they opened a case
against me to have a refund. I contacted Ebay "3" times to attempt to clear this up. Gave them the tracking number as well. Looking on my sold page it listed this seller as purchasing TWO of the same item.
And Ebay said that two cases were opened. I sold ONE item. Bottom line Ebay agents said wait a few days
we will refund the amount we froze in your account. Then I get a message that Ebay refunded the buyer her
money. For a delivered item!! And Ebay listed this ONE item twice, and said I did not respond to the bogus
second item that I never sold to this buyer!!! What is with Ebay??? I am looking at doing Facebook now that Ebay is so screwed up.
