why cant we set up our own offers they dont let me give offers to all the listing just the ones the feel need a offer thats not fair to me im paying to have these things listed and should be able to do the things I want. Thell let me give an offer then theyll say there is no eligible watchers when there is or if Im handing out the offers when they let me they wont let me give out more then 3 offers unless I close out my browser and reopen it
