Selling
Hello! I’m trying to sell an item after several years of not selling anything. When I click to list item it does not allow me to and gives me a message saying my account has been disabled due to funds being owed to eBay. I can’t find any amount due on my account and I have no clue what this is about. Any ideas?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
If they do allow then you will need to add your checking account information to receive payouts. Payouts no longer go to Paypal.
