Selling
Had 1 item listed on Ebay. It was sold on the same day to 2 individuals. It was still showing the issue for sale. I did not list as multiple items for sale. I have removed listing and now have 2 buyers. It is not a common item. AI was no help. Thanks for any help.

It looks like you put the 12 in the quantity field - I see on the ended listing that you had more than 10 available.
This is not an uncommon error. Unfortunately, you will need to cancel the second sale as ‘I am out of stock’ and take the defect on your performance (1 doesn’t hurt, but a second one can).
Message the 2nd buyer and apologize profusely for the error, and hope he does not leave poor feedback.
