You are required to ship to the shipping address provided when the buyer has paid for the item.
You would lose all seller protection if you shipped it elsewhere.
Inform the buyer that it is not possible to change the shipping address. They can request that you cancel the transaction, then you can relist it so they can repurchase it using the correct shipping address.
