I sold a product and my payment is on hold til it is delivered. I donâ€™t have the tracking number and eBay thinks I havenâ€™t shipped it yet online.

Hi @poppypr-11

You need to mark the item as "Shipped." Here's how:

If you're using Seller Hub:

Go to the Awaiting shipment section of the 'Orders' tab.
Tock the Actions box beside the item you shipped.
From the dropdown menu, select Mark as shipped

If you're using My eBay Selling:
1. Go to the Selling overview section.
2. Find the item you shipped.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Mark as shipped.
