Texting on here for help, I sent out a package around 2 weeks ago, tracking says it arrived but the buyer hasn’t marked it as delivered, buyer also has not responded or sent a message back about the package. Since it holds till it’s marked as delivered. How do I go about getting paid for an item that I know is there?

Mentor1 year agoBuyers do not mark a package as delivered. If you ship with ebay shipping labels, the tracking is automatically uploaded to the transaction. The seller has the package scanned when taken to the carrier, and the carrier scans the package when it is delivered to the buyer.

OP1 year agoyea I understand that. Except I use my own shipping labels and in the past the mail carriers weren’t the ones marking it as delivered. The customers were.
