No need to be an "affiliate" to sell on Ebay.
Since your first sale on Ebay resulted in negative feedback, you will not have much luck attracting buyers. You can try to buy a few items to earn some positive feedback, and then try to sell again eventually if you follow all of the rules for selling on Ebay.
