In addition to not requiring payment at time of bid or offer, change the preferences for items awaiting payment here - https://www.ebay.com/uas/selling-pref
You can change it to 7 days, and you can also turn off the automatic cancellation of unpaid items.

Mentor1 year agoYou cannot as that is not a setting available to you. eBay has automatically set most sellers buyer requirements to require a payment method to be provided on purchase or bidding. This helps to cut down on non payers. You would have to go to your buyer requirements and turn off this setting and then you would have to monitor your buyers for payment.
