Selling
So I sold an item to a buyer and he lied and said it wasn't as described. eBay automatically took the buyers side and said screw me regardless of how right I did my part . Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to help my situation? Considering going to small claims court with eBay

·3 years agoWhen a buyer files an INAD, even a false one, Ebay will take their side.
If you want the item returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.
What good would small claims court do, you agreed to their terms when you listed the item.

OP3 years agoWell I definitely didn't agree to get scammed . I received the return and it was a case full of rocks . eBay sided with me and is giving me a full refund thankfully
