Have a previous buyer, who would like to purchase another item that is part of a previous purchase. How do I sell it to hi through the eBay plataform without a public listing?

You will have to create a listing for the additional item so that the buyer can purchase it.
Choose a title that only the buyer would recognize and make it a Buy It Now, immediate payment required.
