I'm unable to post anything for sale. I keep getting an error that it's on their and to try again but I've been trying for over a year. Yes a year.

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.
Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
