I recently sold my IWatch Ultra on eBay. After a week of no scans from the PO and consistently running around, I thought the nice thing to do was to refund the buyer. I did open a case with the PO and a week later the package got a scan of destination, then a pick up scan at 4:20am which PO is not open via the customer, now he is stating he never picked up anything and now I am out the purchase as well as the item, can I do anything?

If the buyer files an Item Not Received, all you need to do is upload the tracking number showing the item was DELIVERED and ebay will find in your favor.

@slh0182 Since you already refunded your buyer, there is nothing further you can do.
