selling
I recently listed an item for sale. In the description it says "high bid wins" but ebay also gave a "make offer" choice. Do I have to sell to high bidder or can I sell to "make offer" if that is a higher amount?

Mentor2 years ago@stanleskolaru_0 The offer option is only available on auctions until bidding starts. Your auction now has bids so it will sell to the highest bidder at the end of the auction in 6 days.
ALWAYS start auctions at a price you will be happy with if you get just one bid.
Never end auctions early because someone messaged you with an " offer". This is against eBay policy.
In my experience buyers want to end an auction early for one of two reasons.
#1 They are afraid that the bidding will go higher.
#2 They are going to try and scam you.
