    I had sold an item and went to ship it and the shipping service set it weighed too much for them I had to go somewhere else now the buyer doesn't want it how do I cancel and get his money back to him

    Use the CANCEL option in the drop down menu next to the item and select "Buyer Request".  This will also refund the buyer.
