sellers without feedback listing expensive item

as title says, seller with no feedback, joined ebay this month and selling 7000 dollar item. Safe to buy?

@jsmuller . I would avoid a deal that is too good to be true. You do have protection of the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the item doesn't arrive within 30 days of the last estimated delivery. And 30 days for a return request if the item is not as described for most categories. 3 days for Trading Cards and items sold as for parts or not working. There are ways however that a seller can trick the system so I would be sure to purchase with a credit card for an extra layer of protection.
