Sellers with a very large negative feedback

Question

Why do Sellers such as secondsale be allowed to continue to mislead and scam buyers on Ebay? This Seller gets averages 1900 negative feedback ratings a month! I know. I'm one of their Victims. Why does Ebay continue to allow this?

@bluesgig Did your file a refund request? You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request for not received. AND 30 days from the date of delivery for not as described.

eBay doesn't count feedback very much on a sellers record. What they go by is the number of refund requests filed and how the seller handles them. Even if they respond and refund buyers willingly too many will cause a seller to be banned.

I agree that feedback should carry more weight but since it can be subjective eBay goes with the internal metrics. Not as described or not received refund requests, on time shipping, tracking uploaded.

EDIT TO ADD>>> If ALL of those buyers filed not as described refund requests the seller would be closer to their way out the door by now.

@bluesgig That seller has 98.1% positive feedback, so that is why Ebay allows it.
