Mentor3 weeks agoThe eBay money back guarantee was good for 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. You let that pass by quite a bit so you basically voided your eBay money back guarantee.

If there is no tracking or if tracking does not show delivery by the last estimated delivery date, the buyer can file an "item not received" case within thirty days. If the seller cannot provide tracking showing delivery within three business days of the case being started, typically the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund for up to twenty-one business days before time runs out.
Never let a seller delay you from starting an "item not received" case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date. After that, eBay cannot help.
You may still have recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.

Mentor3 weeks agoHi @zgirl2012
Unfortunately if you allow the deadline to take advantage of eBay's Buyer Protection to pass without taking action, eBay can no longer help you.
At this point, you can contact your credit card company to inquire about a charge back. Don't delay or their protection period may also pass before you make contact.
For the future, don't let sellers string you along. If you don't receive your item by the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, open a case for an item not received to get your money back.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers your purchases for 30 days. Once that Guarantee window has expired, your option is to open a chargeback with your payment company (bank, credit card, etc.).
Going forward, if one of your purchases is delayed, go to your Order Details and check the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, be sure to open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller is required to respond within three business days with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund. Never let a Seller string you along past the Money Back Guarantee refund window. I'm sorry this happened to you.
