Sellers who Dont communicate

What to do when seller took a few days to respond to a message and finally said sorry was out of town but now it is in mail but status says not shipped yet? I sent another message asking for a tracking number and a few days later still have not received either a number or any reply and status still says not shipped and seller is non communicative.im actually sorta assuming they arenâ€™t going to ship it cuz they didnâ€™t get the bid they were hoping for and I won it at lower them I am guessing t...
