I have a problem with Sellers using the Make Offer option but their system is automated to only accept 5% or lower discounted offers. What's the point of Make Offer if it's only 5% off. I would assert that most negotiated discounts are always in the 7-10% range. I wasted a lot of time trying to negotiate an Offer only to have every one rejected because they were above the automated 5% threshold. I believe any Seller that isn't willing to accept more than a 5% Make Offer...
